The National Internship and Apprenticeship Program (NIAP) is excited to announce that Partner Registration is now open for the Summer 2025 Internship and Apprenticeship cycle. We invite local businesses, government agencies, and private sector organizations to partner with NIAP to offer young Turks and Caicos Islanders meaningful internship and apprenticeship opportunities.
NIAP is dedicated to empowering tertiary students and graduates by creating seamless connections between education and employment opportunities, allowing them to reach their full potential. We aim to foster strong ties between education and the workforce, ensuring that academic learning and technical training align with industry needs. By registering as a partner, companies can play a vital role in developing a future-ready workforce and contributing to national development goals.
“Partnership is one of the key factors that make the NIAP successful,” said Arielle Neely, Career Advancement and Programme Coordinator. “Through partnership, the NIAP not only delivers meaningful work experience and mentorship to returning students and graduates but also equips them with invaluable professional networks that can open doors to future employment opportunities.”

“We believe that public-private collaboration is essential for national development,” said Hon. Rachel Taylor, Minister of Education, Youth, Sports, and Social Services. “Through this partnership initiative, we are providing our young people with the hands-on experience they need to thrive while also supporting the growth and resilience of our labour market.”
