NOTICE TO ALL HEALTHCARE FACILITIES AND MEDICAL SPA OPERATORS – RE: INCOMPLETE LICENSE APPLICATIONS AND REQUIRED CERTIFIED FINANCIALS

The Health Regulation Authority (HRA) hereby informs all healthcare facilities and medical spa operators that applications found to be incomplete or missing certified financial documentation have been placed ON HOLD effective immediately.

All outstanding corrections and/or submissions must be completed by June 30, 2025, to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Please note the following:

Applications missing certified financials or deemed incomplete will NOT be processed for final licensing approval, even if a passing inspection score has been achieved.

Facilities failing to submit all required documentation by the June 30, 2025, deadline will be deemed unlicensed and subject to penalties under the Health Regulation Authority’s Ordinance and Regulation.

The Health Regulation Authority urges all operators to review their applications promptly and ensure full compliance to avoid disruptions to licensure status or enforcement actions.

ACT NOW TO AVOID PENALTIES:

Submit certified financial statements and rectify incomplete applications.

Penalties for non-compliance are enforceable under PART VI of the Health Regulation Ordinance 2016.

This Notice is a final reminder. No extensions will be granted beyond the stipulated deadline.
